Exchange, Return & Refund policy

We want you to love your shoes—but if they’re not the perfect fit, we’ve got you covered!
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for a refund. If it is greater than 15 days, you are still eligible for an exchange. You can exchange an item for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns & Exchanges are subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

To qualify for a return:

  • Shoes must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging/shoebox.
  • The anti-wear sticker on the sole must be intact and unremoved.
  • All accessories (such as shoe jewel), tags, and inserts must be included.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The anti-wear sticker has been removed, tampered with, or damaged.
  • There are visible signs of wear, creasing, or scuffing.
  • The return is initiated after the 15-day window. We can exchange it for up to 30 days.

How to Return

  1. Submit a return request via the Return portal.
  2. Ensure shoes are repackaged securely with tissues to maintain its shape.
  3. Ship using the return label provided or a tracked method of your choice.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
